A fairy tale carnivore experience

The new restaurant of chef Bashir Suleiman from Jish village, brings innovation to the culinary scenery of the north, with a culinary celebration for carnivores wherever they are: it begins with a special stone structure that looks like a hunter's house out of an ancient folk legend, where you are the heroes of the story.

It continues with huge wooden chairs that correspond with the accessories that hang on the walls: a deer's head, a hunting hat, binoculars, a hunter's bag, rifles and more.

After you order the main course, you can have a good time cracking the peanuts served in bowls to the table, chucked on the floor because as legend tells us, it brings luck.

Meanwhile, Bashir chef and owner of the restaurant, will choose the juiciest cuts for you, and start treating them lovingly: chunks of two pounds or more - will cook on a long, low fire, and steaks - on high heat. On the plate above the Dutch fireplace, the accompanying vegetables will be roasted.

Our chef, Bashir Suleiman, holds an impressive record of more than 17 years of restaurant experience, a 5th grade degree in cooking from the Holiday Inn Tiberias, and is also a lecturer of cookery. He founded the restaurant after many years of dreaming about a meat restaurant with a rustic concept inspired by the game world.

He chose the menu carefully, with selected meat cuts such as tomahawk, prime rib, port house or T-bone steak, along with regular cuts such as fillet, entrecote, sirloin and rump steak, which were aged at a temperature of 0-2 degrees. The chunks are displayed in the aging refrigerator at the entrance to the restaurant, so you can choose your favorite one. All dishes are served with a choice of mashed potatoes, antipasti, fries, majadra and potatoes, and quality wines or beers.

But do not stuff yourself all at once - because there are really equal desserts: you can find the familiar knaffe or try the kontisa - chocolate, coconut, and pistachios in milk cake.
